START NOW:

Add 20cm to the wall you wish to wallpaper. Add 20cm to your wall. The first strip must be cut.

APPLY YOUR FIRST STRIP

The second strip should be applied to ensure you are matching the pattern edges and the edges.

You should align the edges of your papers so they meet. Next, slide your paper upwards and downwards until the pattern is joined.

HOW TO MAKE CORNERS

The trick to corners is to first focus on the wall and then move the second paper to it. After you have rubbed your fabric on the paper, do not press too hard on the corners.

After your paper has been aligned with the corner, you can place it on the other side of the wall. You will be able to fold your paper for the second wall much easier.

The bottom corner is where the paper meets with the baseboard. Cut another piece. Now, you can smoothen the paper over the wall from the corner to the edge. Smooth it on the wall.

HOW TO DO DIFFICULT AREAS:

The worst thing about wallpapering? The outlets and switches. You'll need to make a small cut with your scissors at this central point. Use your knife to make the final cuts. Finally, smoothen the rest of the strip towards the switch/outlet.

HOW TO FIX THE COMMON MISTAKES

Mistakes are bound to happen.

This is the most frustrating mistake I make. After the paste dries you can go back to your paper cut and glue it again.
